Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Controller and scope

nimboweb ("I") operates the website nimboweb.com. The controller of personal data collected on this site is nimboweb, reachable at contacto@nimboweb.com.

This policy applies to nimboweb.com and describes what data I collect, what for, and what rights you have over it.

2. Data I collect

Contact form: name, email address, project type of interest, and message. This data is processed through Resend (email delivery provider) and delivered to my email.

Direct email: if you write to me at contacto@nimboweb.com, I process your address and message content only to reply to you.

This site does NOT use tracking cookies, does NOT use Google Analytics or third-party analytics tools, and does NOT display advertising. Cloudflare, as infrastructure provider (hosting and DNS), processes aggregated technical connection data under its own privacy policy.

3. How I use the data

Only to respond to your contact or quote request, and for the subsequent business relationship if you decide to hire. I do not sell, transfer, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not send bulk email.

4. Third parties that process data

Resend (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), and Migadu (email). Each processes data only to the extent necessary to deliver its service, under their respective policies.

5. Retention

I keep contact data while an active business relationship exists or until you request deletion. Quotes that do not materialize are deleted within a maximum of 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, write to contacto@nimboweb.com from the email address you want to manage. I respond within a maximum of 10 business days.

7. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, has no public database or exposed admin panel, and applies the minimization principle: only the data strictly necessary to reply to you is collected.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this same page with its update date. Substantive changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

Note on Law 21.719 (effective December 2026): this policy will be updated before that date to incorporate new transparency obligations, expanded rights, and the procedure before the new oversight agency. Current principles —data minimization, no data selling, no tracking— remain in place.
